Copeland Solutions Recognized in 2024 Dealer Design Awards

ST. LOUIS (July 29, 2024) – Copeland, a global provider of sustainable climate solutions, announced that two of its products, the oil-free centrifugal compressor with Aero-lift™ bearing technology and the 4MTLS transcritical CO₂ semi-hermetic compressor, were honored with silver and bronze awards respectively by the 2024 Dealer Design Awards program sponsored by The Air Conditioning, Heating & Refrigeration (ACHR) News Magazine.

The Copeland oil-free centrifugal compressor was engineered to provide worry-free performance and meet the rigorous demands of modern air- and water-cooled chiller applications. Frictionless Aero-lift bearing technology simplifies the application of oil-free compressors, all while delivering high-lift performance, increased reliability and efficiency improvements in full- and part-load conditions. Because the compressor does not rely on oil for system lubrication, associated costs and reliability concerns are reduced.

The Copeland 4MTLS28ME transcritical CO₂ semi-hermetic compressor expands Copeland’s application range and capacity of its transcritical CO₂ semi-hermetic compressor product line. With the largest displacement in the product lineup, the new Copeland 4MTLS expands options for the design of CO₂ booster systems. This new addition to Copeland’s CO₂ product offering supports the rapid global adoption of CO₂ refrigeration, as retailers make the transition to lower-GWP refrigerants.
