E360 Webinars
E360 Webinars feature interactive discussions by industry experts on new technologies, regulatory updates, and the latest trends in the commercial refrigeration industry.
Internet of things (IoT) technologies have a wide variety of potential uses within commercial refrigeration applications. By utilizing connected IoT sensors on equipment and installing smart control devices, operators can leverage data to uncover valuable information related to refrigeration asset performance and condition. Combined with powerful machine-learning algorithms, this data can be further analyzed to deliver more predictive insights, identify preventative maintenance opportunities, and even develop prescriptive maintenance models.
In this E360 Webinar, we discuss the fundamentals of IoT technology and explore the vast potential of data within commercial refrigeration applications, such as:
Every year on June 26th, Emerson pauses to recognize World Refrigeration Day (WRD) and celebrate the people and technologies responsible for creating and maintaining temperature-controlled environments. This year, we will be hosting an E360 Webinar that corresponds with WRD 2021 by focusing on the importance of attracting and recruiting the next generation of HVACR service technicians.
This E360 Webinar will discuss:
In our recent E360 Webinar, we explored one European retailer’s sustainability journey from HFCs to low-GWP A2L refrigerants. As part two of the Air-Conditioning, Heating, and Refrigeration Institute’s (AHRI) webinar series, How to Not Only Survive, but “Win” the Refrigeration Industry HFC Phasedown, this webinar featured the following experts and practitioners:
Learn about the key points of the European retailer’s journey:
From all indications, 2021 is shaping up to be a transitional year in the arena of federal and state regulations that govern commercial refrigeration and AC applications. At the federal level, the recent enactment of the American Innovation and Manufacturing Act of 2020 (AIM Act) gives the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) the authority to phase down the consumption and production of hydrofluorocarbon (HFC) refrigerants and establish sector based limits. Elsewhere, California and other members of the U.S. Climate Alliance are moving forward with their own HFC phase-down mandates. And with a new administration taking office, we’re likely to see a new tone and urgency with respect to broader climate initiatives.
This informative webinar places all these important developments into their proper context and offers insights to help you understand the impacts on your business. Learn:
